BIO

Cristóbal Palma is a Chilean photographer based in Santiago. Born in Oxford, he studied architecture at the Architectural Association (AA) in London, where he began a professional practice centred on architecture and the built environment. In 2008 he founded Estudio Palma in Santiago.

His editorial work has been published in El Croquis, Casabella, The World of Interiors, Wallpaper, Monocle, and Dwell. He collaborates regularly with architects in Chile and Latin America.

Alongside his commissioned work, he develops self-initiated projects that approach the city as a field of observation and visual construction. His work is part of the collection of the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York and has been exhibited internationally.
